Camp La Joya runs smoothly thanks to many different groups of volunteers. CCS (Campamentos Cristianos del Sur) is a interdenominational board made up of various church leaders from churches in Arequipa. This group makes all legal decisions regarding finances and staff. Campcris is a team of volunteers who work extremely hard to plan every detail about the running of our summer camps. Who can run a camp without counselors? Each year the Lord provides us with a great group of volunteer counselors, who are willing to be trained, help us prepare crafts, take responsibilities for the camp program and lovingly care for their campers. Our national staff at camp is a group of 6 paid workers who cook, run the farm, take care of the horses and administer the camp finances. PRAY
